Sun Optics USA P/N SM4805 The Sun Optics USA Shotgun Saddle Mount is the newest and strongest saddle mount on the market today. Re-designed by hunters for hunters Sun Optics USA has done away with the weaker see-thru design (or as many of us would call peep hole) and added .200 thousandths to the thickness of the rail creating a more rigid, recoil absorbing platform. At the same time they have lowered the overall height of the mount creating a lower profile, perfectly contoured mount for your Remington 12, 16, 20 gauge. If this was not enough they have added a Picatinny cut or style rail that increases the ring position choices or eye relief positions from 8 slots to 14 slots (BIG DIFFERENCE). 7/8" wide rail works with any Weaver style rings. Made out of aircraft grade aluminum for strength, durability and light weight. All necessary mounting instructions and hardware included. No gunsmithing required.
