I found this pad to do a great job in reducing recoil. It fit my Ruger 77 Mark 11 skeleton stock nicely. I unscrewed & removed the worthless factory hard rubber pad & slid the Pachmqayr pan on. Nice fit. Came out with correct overal length. As a bonus I

I found the fit & finish of this pad to be excellent. Also nice & soft. I'm using this medium sized pad to cover the curved steel butt plate on my Marlin CowBoy lever action. Besides taking the ouch factor out of the recoil it also extends the length of t
