The Vortek Ultralight is a fantastic new muzzleloader designed for the serious black powder hunter! This lightweight and maneuverable black powder rifle combines all of the features Traditions is known for into one fantastic firearm. The Ultralight's 28" Chromoly tapered and fluted barrel gives you better accuracy at long distances. It comes with a solid aluminum ramrod, and Quick-T ramrod handle. It features the Speed Load System for easy bullet starting and the Dual Safety System making it one of the safest guns available. The Vortek is also equipped with the Accelerator Breech Plug. This award winning breech plug removes in three full rotations and requires no tools! It has a Quick Relief Recoil Pad and the synthetic stock features Hogue Comfort Grip Overmold. The Vortek Ultralight isn't "muzzle-heavy" like other muzzleloaders; it's built more like a centerfire and with excellent 50/50 balance!
