This 1892 carbine is just what I expected, light, nimble and with a smooth action out of the box. I shot reloads out to a hundred or so yards and was accurate for me. A couple of negatives....finish on the wood was not what I expect for the price I paid, not a big deal but should be mentioned and lastly the metal at the front end of the loading gate was very thin making for a sharp edge. Overall a satisfied purchase.
