DPMS G2 SASS Semi Automatic Rifle .308 Winchester 18" Barrel 19 Rounds Magpul PRS Black RFLRG2SASSThe DPMS G2 series is the lightest, most reliable, most technically advanced .308 Winchester modern sporting rifle available. DPMS went back to the drawing board and designed a .30 caliber AR the way customers demanded it. Rearward of the receiver, the rifle is dimensioned identically to an AR-15. This means the entire rifle is lighter, more compact, and easier to haul around. Multiple improvements to the bolt and carrier group were implemented as well. A reduced diameter carrier further decreases weight, and the integral gas key is bombproof. Dual ejector springs improve ejection remarkably. and the redesigned extractor and elastomer spring will last for tens of thousands of rounds without replacement.
