Now those hunters can benefit from the same high-performance ammunition with a new Deer Season Slug. - The new 12-gauge slug is created for those slug gun hunters who shoot through smooth-bore barrels and features a 1¼-ounce slug combined with a unique stabilizing wad that inserts through the slug to form a dome-shaped tip. The slug and wad travel as one downrange providing better accuracy than traditional rifled foster slugs.
