The NcSTAR Ruger Mini 14 Picatinny Gen II Rail Mount mounts onto ruger models that have the Ruger Ring Mounts machined onto the top of the reciever including Mini 14, Mini 30, PC9, and PC4 rifles and carbines. It provides a Picatinny/Mil-STD 1913 rail on the top of the reciever for mounting a scope or reflex optic. The Gen II rail has a see-through channel through the length of the rail. It allows the shooter to see and use the iron sights when the rail is mounted on the receiver. The rail mount mounts with four custom bolts and includes the mounting tool.
