Re-designed by hunters & professionals for hunters & professionals Sun Optics USA has done away with the weaker see-thru design (or as many of us call a peep hole) and added .200 thousandths to the thickness of the rail creating a more rigid, recoil absorbing platform, perfectly custom contoured mount for your SKS. If this was not enough they have added a Picatinny cut or style rail that increases ring position choices or eye relief positions from 8 slots to 14 slots (BIG DIFFERENCE). Made out of aircraft grade aluminum for strength, durability and light weight.
