Utilizing an 18" Stainless 1/8 twist barrel, precision fit forged receivers, a factory match trigger, a .223 Wylde chamber, a soft shooting yet rifle length gas system and a pinned custom Colt muzzle brake, the CRE-18 provides a turn key but highly optimized package that will appeal to everyone from recreational shooters to a seasoned competitor. Colt has taken the next step in light weight, end user comfort with the addition of Hogue accessories such as a free float tube and pistol grip, an enlarged charging handle and a pinned Magpul MOE Stock. Also included in this package is a Safariland cleaning kit and a 10 round Magpul Pmag.
