The TPR (Tactical Precision Rifle) is built exactly for what it is named for - precision. It weighs 7.75 lbs. empty. The heavy barrel is 20 inches long made from bead-blasted, 416 stainless steel. It has 6 grooves with a 1x9 right twist and an AAC flash hider that eliminates muzzle flash without affecting accuracy. It is chambered 5.56 NATO and optics-ready with the M111 modular handguard and a two-stage trigger. Upper receiver is a mil-spec A3-style flattop upper forged of 7075 T6 aluminum. Lower Receiver is also forged from 7075-T6 aircraft aluminum, and the Magpul MOE pistol grip provides comfort. The collapsed length of the B5 Systems Sopmod stock is 37.25 inches. Extended, the Sopmod stock which allows for comfortable handling and full-size rifle velocity, measures 40.5 inches.
