Its one- piece all- aluminum frame and handle side plate features three external drain ports on the frame so you can easily flush out saltwater, and its premium eight double shielded stainless steel bearing system delivers excellent corrosion resistance as well to ensure consistently smooth functioning.
The rugged carbon composite drag system starts up smooth and stays smooth throughout its range with 14lb max drag to tame any inshore species or freshwater bruisers. The externally- adjustable Multi- Setting Brake (MSB) dual cast control system also utilizes both an external click- dial for setting the magnetic brake, plus 4 individually disengaging, disk- mounted internal brake shoes that operate on centrifugal force to offer complete cast control for a range of fishing situations and lure choices. The oversized, titanium- coated Zirconia line guide is also positioned further away from the spool to minimize line friction and maximize casting performance.
