Easy for anyone to hot and/or cold smoke - up to 8 hours! Extra large front feet for added support and stability. Rack supports keep racks from tipping over when pulled out. The Bradley Smoker has several features like stainless steel interior, simple to use temperature controls, fully insulated body and separate wood and oven burner elements for ultimate control: smoke with heat, smoke without heat, or heat without smoke. Additionally, the Bradley Original smoker can be used as a slow cooker or a slow roasting oven. Use Bradley Flavor Bisquettes that are available in 12 different flavors.
