This is a California-approved Firearm Safety Device that meets the requirements of Penal Code section 23655 and the regulations issued thereunder. The electronic lock has an easy to read key pad and includes a low battery warning light. The lock times out after 3 incorrect combination attempts, with a backup key included. Made with a solid steel, pry resistant door with 2 steel live action locking bolts.
