The SureFire 618 LED Weapon Light is a compact 6-volt (2-battery) system featuring three switches that are integrated into the forend: a momentary-on pressure pad switch (right side), a system-disable rocker switch (right side) and a constant-on rocker switch (left side). This unit generates 200 lumens of output and has a tactical runtime of 2 hours per set of batteries, with gradually decreasing output afterward. The tough polymer body features a molded-in high-friction pad for enhanced grip in wet or cold conditions. This compact, lightweight system replaces the weapons original factory forend and features a recoil-proof LED. The LEDs light is focused by a TIR lens to create a smooth, wide beam perfect for closer-range shotgun applications typical in law enforcement and home defensewith enough reach and surround light to properly identify threats and maintain situational awareness.
