This flattop A3 upper receiver comes complete with charging handle, bolt carrier assembly, aluminum tubular free-float handguard, Picatinny-style rail gas block and target crowned muzzle. The 24" button rifled Ultramatch barrel is chambered for 243 WSSM with a 1 in 10" rate of twist. WSSM uppers do not come with a brass deflector or ejection port cover. Ready for installation onto any standard AR-15 lower receiver. Includes one 7 round magazine.
