These pistols are almost identical to the standard Glock G17 and G24 except their barrels are 6.02" as opposed to 4.49" and their slides have been lengthened to match, they also have an extended magazine release, adjustable rear sight, and a 3.5 pound connector for the trigger pull. They are also available in 10 or 17 round mags for the 9mm.

The 9mm Luger (9X19mm, Parabellum, P08) was developed in Germany in 1902. The controversy over its "stopping power" will never go away, but its attribute is that it is much easier to shoot accurately than larger cartridges with greater power...but more recoil. Advancements in bullet design for law enforcement and personal defense have narrowed the gap considerably. The 9mm Luger is a world standard, chambered by virtually all makers of semiautomatic pistols, with a myriad of factory loads.
