This unique 5Cr15MOV stainless steel knife kit includes a 6.6 in. caper knife with 2.6 in. blade, 7.5 in. gut hook knife with 3.2 in. blade, 10.6 in. fillet knife with 5.2 in. blade, 8.5 in. bone saw with 5.9 in. blade, 10.8 in. ribcage spreader, TPR rubber-coated handheld sharpener, protective gloves and a rugged nylon carrying case. All knives feature a drop point blade style and defense grip coating to reduce hand fatigue for safer, more comfortable cutting. Each knife is skeletonized to decrease carrying weight to an ultra-comfortable, compact 1.5 lbs.
