Proven Perfection. It's understood that you get more with a Browning Golden Clays model shotgun. More "ooohs," more "ahhhs," and certainly more compliments. In addition to the envious accolades that come from friends and competitors alike when they lay eyes upon this handsome over and under, the Citori 725 Sporting Golden Clays includes all the performance features that make the 725 great, resulting in more busted clays.

Features that set the Citori 725 Sporting Golden Clays apart:

Unique "Golden Clays" accented gold engraving
Pro Fit adjustable comb
Ported barrel with vented top and side ribs
HiViz Pro-Comp fiber optic front side and ivory mid-bead
Five Invector-DS extended choke tubes included
Gloss-oil finish Grade V/VI walnut stock
The baseline standard for an industry that craves top performance. The Citori 725 is the evolution of John M. Browning’s legendary B25 Superposed, now with the modern performance advantage of a Low-Profile receiver. The 725 receiver is significantly lower than other Citori 12 gauge receivers, yet the 725 shares the renowned durability of generations of Citori over and unders with the same rugged full-width hinge pin and tapered locking bolt design.

Balance, form and a large dose of excellence. With a 725, you get the "one with the gun" feeling you want, with the long lasting durability you expect from a Browning over and under. And the features don't stop there. The 725 showcases an all-new Mechanical Trigger (FireLite) that offers an unmatched feel and lighter pull weight than ever before. Inflex Technology has also been added to make shooting more comfortable. Experience the benefits these improvements can do for your shooting with a new Citori 725.

Caliber Dictionary

The Below Information Has Been Provided From Our Gun Caliber Dictionary And Is Meant For Informational Purposes Only. It Is Not Intended to Describe The Unique Specifications For This Ammunition.
12 gauge is the most popular and useful shotgun gauges ever made. Suitable for everything from doves to geese. With sporting, military and law enforcement applications. Available in 2 ¾”, 3” and 3 ½”. The magnum lengths are generally preferred for waterfowl and turkey. Most major manufacturers produce guns and ammunition in a very wide septum for 12 gauge. Loads from ¾ oz. to 2 oz. are common with 1 1/8 oz Low base and 1 ¼ oz being the most common loadings. Target loads are normally around 1150 to 1200 FPS with High velocity lead loads tuning up 1350 FPS. Steel waterfowl loads tend to be loaded faster around 1500 FPS to compensate lower density shot. While the 2 ¾” loading is still the most popular ammunition made, nearly all current production guns have 3”or 3 ½” chambers. The shorter ammunition can be safely fired in longer chambers, but not all magnum semiautomatics will function with shorter shotshells. — Craig Boddington
