This stuff ships from Iowa so if you live close to the store it doesn't matter. Hornady doesn't seem to recognize this product on their web site under Black ammo This is a good deal in comparison with the 108gr ELD Match, they have the same muzzle The G1 BC is 0.530 versus 0.536 for the ELD so for a $67.20 savings per brick, I think the Black is a good value. Here is the deal, Black is for an AR, but this stuff is neck tension loaded, no crimp. I have had the displeasure of compressing these bullets into the case in feeding jams in my 6CM AR. Of course in my bolt gun it is no problem and is a great cost saver. My AR jams pointed out that the barrel extensions and barrel chamber counter bores are important. The ELDs are 1.1 inches between tip and shoulder, these are a little less. This means that the bullet can ride the bottom of the M4 feed ramps and slam into the breech face. So there is a lot of potential problems with this caliber and ammo mating in an AR frame. These AR10 class guns are not standard and the SAAMI is tight, same spec for casing shoulder and as in chamber. But rifle manufactures are free to use the SAAMI slop factors so you really don't know what you are getting. Why all this, well if you slam the breech, compress the bullet and still chamber you have a serious problem that might blow up in your face. My recommendation buy a box of 20 and experiment with feeding. If all goes well come back and buy a couple of cases because of the value. If you uncertain or want to reduce risk get yourself a Lee Precision custom factory crimp die and crush these suckers on. Then you have a better chance of chambering clean even with a breech face strike or it will cleanly jam. The jam is obvious, but the breech face strike and feeds will show up in poor accuracy because of the dented HP. If everything is tuned right this is a value round.

Very good value. I have compared this ammo to the 108g ELD and have found that this ammo is about the same as the 108g ELD. From my specific rifle this ammo required between .75 MOA elevation @ 500 yards more elevation and 1.5 to 1.75 MOA elevation at 1000 yards. Grouping stayed good/excellent sub MOA. So based on these minimal differences to 1000 yards this ammo is a great value.
