POF's "basic rifle" is the Renegade but the only thing basic about it is the forged lower and flat top upper receivers! The Patriot Ordnance Renegade goes well beyond the entry level Mil-Spec rifles of other manufacturers and is anything but "basic". It's an outstanding direct impingement AR15 rifle platform. A 16" POF Puritan barrel with a mid-length gas system and a Dictator 9 position adjustable gas block will help you to fine tune its performance. The barrel has a 1:8 twist with R5 rifling and is threaded 1/2"x28. Featuring the Magpul M-LOK compatible Renegade handguard with a full length picatinny top rail and 4 Quick Detach sling mounts this rifle looks fantastic! It's finished with a Mission First Tactical pistol grip and collapsible tactical stock.
