The Citori Crossover is a unique sporting over under, designed with a 60/40 Point of Impact, an incredibly popular configuration for sport shooters due to its versatility across multiple sport shooting disciplines. Once you have really honed in with your Crossover, you won't need to relearn with another shotgun when you go from skeet, to trap, to sporting. The Crossover has vented top and side ribs, classic Citori rounded forearm, Midas Grade extended choke tubes, ivory front and mid beads, barrel selector, and a highly polished blued finish. The Blue/Black Laminate stock is tough, and extremely stable. Hammers are powered by powerful coil type mainsprings for positive primer ignition. Ejectors are activated by a sharp hammer blow for more positive ejection. The Citori utilizes a transverse mounted, full width tapered locking bolt. The tapered locking bolt engages a full width tapered recess in the rear barrel lugs which allows the bolt to seat deeper over the years. The hinge pin extends from one side of the receiver to the other for maximum strength. The chrome-plated chamber resists the toll thousands of shells can take on lesser quality guns and improves corrosion resistance. Sometimes a shotgun just looks like it should be in competition.
