Desert Eagle MK XIX 44 Mag 6" Barrel 8+1 rounds Titanium Gold by Magnum Research

When you want the best semi auto magnum pistol on the market, there really is only on choice, the Desert Eagle!

After 25 years of being accessorized, customized and re-imagined in countless movies, television shows and video games, the Desert Eagle® Pistol has emerged as a pop-culture icon.

Feature a full Weaver style accessory rail on the barrel from the end of the chamber to right behind the front sight and standard ambidextrous safeties.

This item cannot be sold as new due to small blemish that is totally invisible unless you know where to look. Typically most guns have some sort of handling marks the first time you use them anyway. So this is a good way to get one of these fine pistols at a bargain price. The pistol still has a full factory warranty excluding the small blemish. We sell many guns at a discount like this for the same reason. We have never had a complaint on any of them. I personally have bought several "So called blemished guns" for my own use. The problem is I buy too many because it's too hard to pass up a good deal on a gun. Fortunately I have an understanding wife.

Desert Eagle Technical Data General Features:

The Weaver style accessory rail located on the barrel runs from the chamber area to right behind the front sight allowing the use of scope rings (optional) and aftermarket optics.

The Desert Eagle Pistol is a gas-operated, semi-automatic pistol with a rotating three lug bolt for positive lock-up.
The barrel is locked in place, assuring a high degree of accuracy.

The polygonal rifling reduces barrel wear, is easy to clean and very accurate.

Anatomically formed grip, ideal hand seating angle and comfortable grip dimensions permit rapid, accurate, instinctive shooting.

The Desert Eagle is designed for two-handed shooting.

The Desert Eagle Pistol fires standard factory ammunition.

The Desert Eagle Pistol has an automatic slide lock that holds the slide open after the last round is fired.

Safety:

The safety is ambidextrous — it can be operated by right-handed and left-handed shooters.
When the safety is on, the firing pin is blocked, disconnecting the trigger bar from the sear at the same time. Extensive testing has shown the Desert Eagle is safe from accidental firing with safety engaged.

Construction:

Desert Eagle Pistols are manufactured on the latest CNC (computer numerical controlled) machines to exacting specifications and tight tolerances or precision-cast and machined from high-quality carbon steel.

Caliber Dictionary

The Below Information Has Been Provided From Our Gun Caliber Dictionary And Is Meant For Informational Purposes Only. It Is Not Intended to Describe The Unique Specifications For This Ammunition.
The 44 Remington Magnum (44 Magnum) was introduced by Remington and Smith & Wesson in 1955 in S&W's large-frame Model 29 revolver. Much credit much be given to gunwriter Elmer Keith, who wanted a more powerful revolver cartridge for handgun hunting. Keith had been experimenting with heavy 44 Special handloads, using that cartridge because its brass was heavier than older blackpowder revolver cartridges. The 44 Magnum is essentially a 44 Special case lengthened to 1.285 inches, using the same .429-inch bullet diameter. For many years the world's most powerful handgun cartridge, the 44 Magnum has been proven adequate for all North American big game. Although now surpassed by several big revolver cartridges the 44 Magnum remains a fine hunting cartridge with recoil levels at the limit that many handgunners can deal with. The most common bullet weight is 240 grains, but 44 Magnum loads are available up to 340 grains. The 44 Magnum is widely chambered to handguns and carbines. — Craig Boddington
